1. Introduction

Welcome to Hyderabad City Drivers ("HCD," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at hyderabadcitydrivers.com and any related services, including the booking of professional drivers for your personal or commercial vehicles in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and surrounding areas ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • "Customer" or "You" refers to any individual who books or uses our driver services.
  • "Driver" refers to a professional driver engaged by HCD to provide driving services.
  • "Booking" refers to a confirmed request for driver services made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • "Vehicle" refers to the customer's personal or commercial vehicle for which the driver is hired.
  • "Service Area" refers to Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Cyberabad, and surrounding areas where we operate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By booking a driver, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the vehicle for which the driver is being hired.

4. Services Offered

HCD provides the following driver-on-hire services:

  • One-Way Trips: Driver for a single trip from pickup to drop location.
  • Round Trips: Driver for a round trip, returning to the original pickup location.
  • Hourly / Full-Day: Driver hired by the hour or for a full day (8–12 hours).
  • Outstation Trips: Long-distance trips outside the city with experienced highway drivers.
  • Wedding & Event Drivers: Professional drivers for weddings and special occasions.
  • Corporate Chauffeur: Executive driver service for businesses.
  • Tourist Guide + Driver: A local driver cum tour guide for Hyderabad sightseeing.

5. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp (+91 74162 61788), or phone call.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with a booking reference number.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking due to driver unavailability, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.
  • For Tourist Guide bookings, a minimum of 6 hours advance booking is required.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed at the time of booking and are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Pricing is based on service type, duration, distance, time of day (night surcharge applies between 10 PM – 6 AM), and vehicle category.
  • Payment is to be made directly to the driver or via online payment methods as applicable.
  • Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate permits (if any) are borne by the customer.
  • HCD reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice on the website.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is in roadworthy condition with valid insurance, registration, and pollution certificate.
  • Provide accurate pickup location, contact details, and booking information.
  • Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • Do not ask the driver to violate traffic rules, speed limits, or engage in any unlawful activity.
  • Any damages to the vehicle during the trip due to pre-existing mechanical issues are not the responsibility of HCD or the driver.

8. Driver Conduct

  • All drivers are professionally trained, police-verified, and hold valid commercial driving licenses.
  • Drivers will operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
  • Drivers are not authorized to make unauthorized stops or deviations from the agreed route.

9. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and applicable charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • HCD acts as an intermediary connecting customers with professional drivers. We are not liable for any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage that occurs during the trip.
  • HCD's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • The customer's vehicle insurance remains the primary coverage during the trip.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Hyderabad City Drivers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other customers, drivers, or HCD.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
